The project includes a new Bistro and expanded kitchen, with interior dining and bar areas that open directly to a covered outdoor dining space. This outdoor area connects to the pool deck, enabling convenient food and beverage pick-up from the Bistro bar. The redesigned pool features a zero-entry zone, sun ledge, and umbrella-shaded lounging. A decorative walkway guides guests from the parking area past two new bocce courts to the Bistro bar. At the north end of the pool, a two-story community center provides lake views, with a multi-purpose event space on the ground floor and an equipment room above.
